Mark Gershon, CMA, B.Sc.
Mark is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with over 25 years of small business and accounting experience. Mark completed a BSc from Carleton Unversity in 1988 before coming to Whistler to ski in 1991... for what he thought would be just one season. At the urging of his peers, he started Gershon & Co. Accounting and Tax in 1992. That first year, Mark helped a total of 25 clients with income tax returns. Gershon & Co now works with over 100 corporate clients, and well over 500 personal tax clients.
Mark grew the company into a small family owned business. His experience combined with his ongoing professional development has given Mark the ability to better serve his clients both with respect to tax and accounting and also with business consulting. Mark can help your business successfully navigate the complexities of operating a vetnture in today's often daunting marketplace.
When not working, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, skiing, cycling (road and mountain) and hiking.
